  Happy Family made with a brown ( Hoisin?) sauce. Ugh. Limited combination menu.
  
  Wait staff that doesn't know menu. We ordered a combination appetizer platter which includes crab puffs (The only item worth ordering is the crab puffs, btw.) Before the combo platter arrived, another server showed up with a whole platter of crab puffs.
  
  We questioned whether it was part of our order and were assured it was. After they were almost all eaten, our platter arrived with more puffs.
  
  We had also ordered a large platter of shrimp as an entree, which did not arrive. When we asked about it, we were told the crab puffs were brought "instead", and we would be charged for both if we still wanted shrimp!!??, even though we questioned the server who brought the puffs.
  
  In the end, we weren't charged for the puffs, but the way it was handled, we were treated as though it was our fault that they goofed up the order.
  
  The Imperial Palace this is NOT!! Won't be back.
