  Portions are not consistent between employees. Was charged $3.99 to substitute fried rice for white rice. I'm okay with that, not when they give you half a scoop of rice for $3.99. The previous time I ordered from a different employee and received three times as much fried rice. I called to speak with a manager about the issue and Alsu was rude and defensive, claimed the store had no manager. I am waiting on a call from Maria, the supposed owner.

  Started going there shortly after they opened and it was good at first but lately their staff quality seems to be on the decline. The last three visits the wait time for my food was way too long. Took 30 minutes for my food to be done with only 1 or 2 people sitting at a table or waiting for their food as well. And one of those times they screwed up my order. The gal at the front desk also doesnt seem to have the greatest attitude. Yea sure the food is great and portioned well but it's not really worth the long wait or the mediocre service.

  Consistent service in a place known for $5 teriyaki chicken and rice bowls for a $5 lunch. Side order of rice is generous sized and only $1.50. Egg rolls have murky insides. The serve-yourself fortune cookies rock!

  Still great food, but service has been on the decline. Used to be he best place in town, but now they got rid of kimchee and orders take longer :(
